DESCRIPTION
"Conveyor" was one of my first projects. It is a 2D gameboy-like retro game.
It is available on itch.io for computer and mobile devices.

CONTRIBUTION
During the development of this project, we got to know more about team dynamics, while also learning how to research and design mechanics and narratives.
In order to keep everything organized I recorded tutorial videos for my team to learn how to work with the tools we had available. This method, although exhausting, proved to be valuable, as the team quickly got on the same page.
It is crucial for a team to have the same vision and be on good terms.
This is the only way everyone feels free to share ideas and give honest feedback.
Nothing in particular went wrong, but the game is too simple and not innovative.
From this, I learned an interesting rule/guideline, the 70-20-10 rule:

70% of a game should consist of features that are proved to be enjoyed by the audience;
-
20% should consist of enhanced features;
-
and 10% should be new and innovative!
We learned the basics of project planning and team communication and motivation. It was a fun project, and it gave me excitement for the future projects where I would get to design and communicate with new people.
